Richard J. Morris is the Meyerson Distinguished Professor of Disability and Rehabilitation and chair of the Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation, and School Psychology at the University of Arizona.

Thomas R. Kratochwill is Professor of School Psychology at the University of Wisconsin and Director of the School Psychology program and Psychoeducational Clinic.
